Store Policies

SALES

HST is applicable on all items sold

Cash debit/credit or etransfer accepted

All sales are final. No Refunds

However, we will do exchanges on items for manufacturer default only. Exchanges must be done within 7 days of purchase and the receipt must accompany every exchange


CONTESTS

Giveaways are done by Random Name Generator, video will be posted on our Facebook Site https://www.facebook.com/LilyImportandWholesale/

All giveaways are subject to following the instructions in the posts. All entries must Like our page or will not be eligible for the current draw


HOLDS

Items can not be held for any amount of time as there have been too many people not showing for pickup of items. Layaway is available, see below.


LAYAWAY

We offer layaway on all our products, sale must be a total of at least $50.00 before taxes for layaway of products

A 10% non-refundable deposit must be made at the time of layaway

Payments can be made at any time on items on layaway

Items must be paid in full and picked up within 30 days of the layaway date

If items are not picked up within the time frame, all monies paid to date are non-refundable

DELIVERY

Delivery is available at a charge of $5.00/delivery

The order must be placed on our Facebook page or website https://lilyimportwholesal.wixsite.com/website by email to lilyimportwholesale@gmail.com

All information must be provided e.g. size, colour, amount, etc. A picture of the item may be required to ensure we deliver the correct piece. Pictures can be copied from our website or from our Facebook page 

​

Address and phone number must also be provided. We will require a phone number in case we are unable to find the delivery address, or we will be late delivering

​

A receipt will be provided with the delivery

​

A one-hour window is required for delivery attempts e.g. if delivery time is 1:00 P.M., you must be available for the delivery between 12:30 and 1:30

​

If we attempt to deliver and no one is at home or the delivery is refused, a second delivery time can be arranged at an extra fee of $5.00 (total $10.00 delivery fee) If a second delivery attempt is not successful, we will not attempt a third delivery

​

Delivery dates are weather permitting. If the date is cancelled due to weather, we will contact you with a new date

​

Payment can be made in advance by e-transfer to lilyimportwholesale@gmail.com or cash at the door

​

E-Transfers must be done in advance of the delivery as we must receive the email confirming payment before delivery

​

Please check your order at the door as there will be no refunds issued.  Exchanges will be accommodated for manufacturer defect in store only, we will not redeliver for exchanges
